I've had two jacket repairs done here during the Christmas rush this year and the service has been amazing. Staff is incredibly friendly and work was done very quick. Both repairs are stronger than before they were damaged and will last. Very highly recommend.

Dawn is incredibly friendly and ensures that your garment or accessory is quickly tailored, altered or mended with speed and accuracy at a reasonable cost. I have brought pants for hemming, a winter coat needing a new zipper and rips in garments brought to this Stitch It. I am confident your needs will be met by the team!

I recently had my husband’s jacket and cardigan repaired at Stitch It in the Pen Centre, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The staff demonstrated skill and professionalism throughout the process. I was so thankful. They helped me in a last minute jam and had my dress ready in a half hour. And did a wonderful job on it. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I even tipped seamstress because she is awesome

Very cost-friendly and great quality! I brought my Roots hoodie I to be stitched at the seem of the pockets and you can’t even notice it ever ripped in the first place! Thank you so much and for being extremely kind as well! I bought a sewing kit for $1 as a bonus because how can you not?

Was just casually in the mall when I popped in to ask about some repairs to the inside lining of my favourite jacket. They offered to fix it right then and there. Fast, Friendly, and Affordable service. Definitely will be stopping in again for a patch up

Took a pair of jeans in to be hemmed on a Wednesday. Fingers crossed I could get them back on Saturday. Dawn behind the desk said they would be ready in fifteen minutes, and they were! Saved me making another trip to the Pen Centre. Very impressed with the service - Dawn was terrific!

Great service! Friendly, courteous knowledgeable and very quick! I went in with a messed up zipper on my jacket. They helped me and four other people ahead of me in just a few minutes. I was out of the door with a zipper as good as new in no time!
